Jacob told me that it tastes SO FRESH! 🙂
I topped with thinly sliced Queso Quesadilla and green onion.
You can shred the cheese if you so desire~!
Top with fresh pico de gallo, over easy eggs, cilantro, some more green onion, and sriracha for more spicy!!
You can serve with sour cream and guacamole together!
I know, you might think “What?! Fried over easy eggs?!” But, please trust me and try it!!
It makes it!!!
And I made 2 main dishes, burrito bowl for me and tacos for Jacob!
First, I made this rice mixture witch is my favorite.
Rice, sesame seeds, sesame oil and green onion.
You probably saw this lots of times from me.
This time I just added cilantro, and that’s it!
I topped with grilled Korean short ribs (Galbi), Cucumber kimchi, pico de gallo and Korean pickled radish.
Yeah, it was DELICIOUS ~!!

*I used boneless beef short ribs and marinated in ground vegetables and fruits first for 2 hours to tenderize the meat. And then I added remaining seasonings.*
