Lately the weather got really cold.
It’s not snowing yet, but rainy, windy, and cloudy…. Ahhhh, So gloomy!!! >.<;;
This kind of weather puts you in a bad mood, and I don’t like it at all!
Well… some times I enjoy it with my coffee and cozy socks, but not today! lol
So, I made my “Heart Warming Food” for myself and my hubby.
The marinate sauce is same as regular bulgogi, but it should be a little more sweet and less salty.
And omit 1 teaspoon soy sauce from the recipe. ***
Cook the bulgogi first on Ttukbaegi (Earthen pot), then add sliced onion, cook little bit more.
Add dried bonito dashi stock, glass noodles (Prepared – follow the directions on the back of the package) and *salt for taste.
Bring to boil, let it boiling about 1 to 2 minutes, add green onion and sesame seeds and then remove from the heat. (It will still boiling for a couple of minutes, even though you moved from the heat!! Be careful!!!)
*You should season with salt because of the color of the food.
