Dinner time!
Lately I really am enjoying cooking various small amount side dishes!
It looks lots of work because 4 different kinds dishes, but honestly it didn’t take that long.
I was surprised too! lol
This pan-fried chicken legs are for my step daughter, I glazed with oyster sauce, ketchup, Chinese black vinegar and black pepper.
She liked it! ^-^
This is Korean Style Spicy Tuna Salad..? If I call like that. lol
Korean Style Spicy Tuna Salad
Ingredients
1 5 oz. caned chunk white tuna in water, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Serrano pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon Korean red flakes
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame Seeds
Pinch of black pepper and sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl, mixing until well blended.
Serve as a side dish, with bibimbap or as desired.

I sliced zucchini about 1/4 inch thick than coated with sweet rice flour.
I pan-fried with sesame oil until nice golden brown both side.
It was so simple but so yummy!!
My step daughter and hubby was fighting for the last piece.

This was my favorite of the dinner, Korean Style Broccoli!
I blenched 1 head of broccoli, then seasoned with delicious Korean seasoning!
Korean Style Broccoli
Ingredients
1 Head broccoli, cut into small pieces, blanched*
2 Tablespoons Ssamjang (Korean Seasoned fermented soy bean paste)
1/2 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Serrano pepper, chopped
2 Green onions, chopped
Pinch of black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, gently mix until well blended.
Serve cold.
*Blanching is a cooking process wherein the food substance, usually a vegetable or fruit, is plunged into boiling water, removed after a brief, timed interval, and finally plunged into iced water or placed under cold running water (shocked) to halt the cooking process.
