My hubby grilled the shrimp, and he never had grilled whole shrimp like that before. So, I let him do that even though he didn’t know what he was doing, and I start cook the cabbage, on the right side of the picture. When he brought the shrimp back from the grill and told me “It’s done!” I was like “Yeah… right, It takes longer time than a couple of minutes..” But he said he doesn’t want to over cook the shrimps and I said it’s head on, skin on and you are cooking on the grill. Bring back out there and cook some more. But he wouldn’t until I open one of ’em and taste. So I did, and it was RAW!!!! I told ya! lol
Anyway, we finally sat down and start eating the gorgeous grilled shrimps!
IT WAS SOOO GOOOOOD!!!!!
I seasoned the shrimps with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and cayenne. Yeah, I think I live in south little too long too. lol
When we came back from the trip all of my vegetables were frozen.

I had leftover roasted chicken breast, that’s why I put it in the dish, but you can skip it.

By the way, we finished all of the food and surprisingly my hubby suggest fry the shrimp head.
WOW! REALLY?! And believe or not, he was eating the shrimp skin too!!!! (Because of I was eating it, and he tried it. HE LOVED IT! Crunch!Crunch!) I’m so proud of him!! He eats shrimp like Asian people do! lol What a step!!
So, I was so happy to him to try something new, I deep-fried the shrimp head!!
