Panko breaded calamari, looks delicious, isn’t it?!
It’s same process as how I made chicken katsu, which is so easy and delicious!

I also made yum yum sauce to dip! 🙂

yum yum sauce

1/2 teaspoon Sriracha(Asian chili sauce)

1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon apple juice or sprite
Directions
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix well.
After we enjoyed calamari and yum yum sauce as our appetizer, I started working on entree.
LOBSTER…….
I introduce my friend, Bob!!
Say “Hi!” lol
I’ve never cook alive lobster before.. But I did for my family for the New Year’s eve dinner!
I was kinda scary and sad to kill Bob, what I’ve got to do is what I’ve got to do.
I thought it would be really easy, but it wasn’t.
When I grabbed him, he started moving and I felt so bad for him. But then I thought, I’m gonna cook this lobster very well and we gonna enjoy it very much tonight.
So, that made me work through. 🙂
I boiled lobster then took out all the meat. Made lobster stock with the shells and then I made risotto with it.
I served with arugula salad dressed with evoo, balsamic, salt and pepper.
It was SO-DELICIOUS!
YUM!!!
What did you guys had for last/first meal of the year?!
Share with me comment below, I would love to know! 🙂

Have you seen The Simpsons episode where Homer cooks a lobster? It’s both funny and sad… here is a clip if you haven’t seen the episode. 🙂
