This post is I was going to upload a week ago. Every Wednesday I’m going to upload about my job, “Wednesday Night Chef of Chapel”. I know it’s little late but please enjoy reading it!
Thank you very much~!! Kisses~ <3
Every Wednesday I cook at the Chapel of Columbus Air Force Base.
I got the job last year September and it’s been an year already!! Time flies~!!
Every Wednesday, people (From very young kids to seniors) coming to the Chapel to eat dinner then get together study bible. (Pioneer Clubs members)
I normally prepare food for from 50 to 100 people. If they do a big event (Once or 2 times of a year), I prepare for 150 to 200 people.
I learned and grew up a lot past 1 year just by this job. After a year right now, prepare a full meal for 50 people, ALL BY MYSELF is a piece of cake. Because I’ve been doing so many times.
And you know, I make meal as fresh as possible. I don’t use stuff from the box that you just need to mix it together and heat it up. There is nothing wrong with that, but to me it’s not real food. Everything is got to be REAL FOOD when it comes from me. That is what I do and what I believe. And I’m very proud of myself and my food.
Is that mean I’m always perfect with my food? No.
I’ve done not so proud meals and served to people. Not so proud meal is like this. First, I worry about money, so when I cook, I put concern into food, no love. When it comes like that, the food quality is… umm, not so good. Second, I worry about time, so when I cook, I put fast processed food, no care.
Can you tell why I always say “Food is all about love and care.”?
Without love and care, you can not cook the food make your heart warm and feel good.
I learned from my mistakes and now, I never forget my secret ingredients.
Last week, I made a bunch of pizzas for the pioneer clubs.
They were very excited about pizza night! haha.
Here are the pizzas I made for the night.
First, pepperoni Pizza! Of course, right?!
Second, (Not the best pic but it’s ok!) Super-supreme Pizza! Everything on it~!!
Third, The classic~! Margherita Pizza!! This is my hubby’s favorite!
Fourth, BBQ Chicken Pizza! With my homemade BBQ sauce, of course! 🙂
Fifth, Buffalo Chicken Pizza~! With homemade buffalo sauce and blue cheese on top~ Lovely~!
Sixth, Meat Lover! The guys favorite!
So, That’s it! 6 different kind of pizza and I made dessert pizza also. – with nutella, strawberry and banana.
But after I took this pictures I didn’t have time to take any more pictures because I had to serve as soon as possible after they came out from the oven.
I couldn’t even taste any of ’em either. It was COMPLETELY GONE!
Was I sad because I couldn’t taste my food? NOP! I was more than happy, because no leftover meas is it was delicious!
I was so happy that all the pizza came out perfect! 🙂

I want to try your curry pizza. I love curry and even though it sounds odd with pizza I think it will be good.
