I was playing “Just Dance3” which is a really AWESOME dancing game in my opinion, and I was trying a new song as a first time. If you played Just Dance, you know how it look silly and stupid while you are dancing and epecially it’s your first try so you don’t even know what you are doing.
But it can be worse. TRUST ME!
How about while you are dancing stupid, your hubby came home from work, which is not so bad and I really don’t care if he watchs me or not, (He saw me worse than that.) BUT!! What if after you finished the stupid song and return to kitchen for a glass of water, there is another person?! Like his coworker.
Yeah, that is what happened to me this evening.
It’s not a big deal, right? ……..right…?….?
So, anyway, we just had a small talk, and told him “Bye” because I wanted to take a shower, of course I thought he would be gone while I’m in the shower.
So here is the picture,
Here is my fried tofu with ponzu sauce and top with chopped green onion.
You can see how I fry tofu on my Vietnamese Summer Roll video, here is the link!

You can buy ponzu sauce at Asian grocery store or you can make your own!Watch how I made mine!

If your hubby doesn’t like tofu, you need to fry them up! lol This is how Ihooked my hubby!! lol
This was my FAV tonight dinner, Arugula, spinach, mild chili pepper, smoked salmon and home made miso dressing!! Guys, it was DELICIOUSSSSSSSS~!!
Miso dressing recipe is –
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon white miso
2 teaspoons sugar or honey
1 organic egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic or ginger (Totally your choice!!)
1 1/2 Tablespoon rice wine
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon mirin (Seasoned rice wine, optional)
3 Tablespoons light color oil (Such as vegetable oil, canola oil, peanut oil or grape seed oil)
1 to 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
Direcitons
Combine all of ingredients except oil and sesame seed in a medium mixing bowl. Mix it well with a whisk and slowly add oil, keep whisking until creamy texture. Add sesame seeds and keep it cool in refrigerator, and enjoy anytime you want!
Yeah, he doens’t like having his picture taking, totally opposite of me! lol
But he loved the dinner though! Here is the evidence!!
His coworker loved the dinner too. He said I might be better cook than his grandma….. Oh, did I say it loud? lol
But, he had hard time with my new sleeky chopsticks so we had to give him another pair of wooden chopsticks that not as sleeky. We asked him if he wants a fork but he didn’t want it.
Even though he had hard time with the chopsticks, he enjoyed his dinner so everthing is good, right?
🙂 Hehehe.
I hope he forgot my stupid dancing moment after this dinner. lolol

lol this was a funny post! It’s entertaining me while I’m at work.
Hi There
Love your recipes and your joyful personality. Do you have the recipe for the Arugula, spinach & smoked salmon salad with miso dressing. I can see the recipe for the Miso dressing but how do you prepare the salmon? Also I was interested in your recipe for Tonkatsu curry (Mild Japanese curry with fried pork cutlet) on rice top with poached egg
The recipe I shared Here- https://seonkyounglongest.com/?p=3414 is exact same recipe, I just added egg and avocado on the recipe. 🙂 Smoked salmon is store bought, there is nothing to prepare for it. I don’t have a curry recipe that I shared yet, but I shared Chicken Katsu(Fried chicken cutlet, which you can use pork as well.) here- https://seonkyounglongest.com/?p=376
Hope this helped! 🙂
