Salted Napa Cabbage

- ½ Small head napa cabbage, outer dark green leaves are moved
- 3 Tbs. Kosher or flake sea salt
- Sprinkle salt on every layer of each cabbage leaves evenly.
- Set a side for 2 hours and rinse throughly under cold water at least 3 times.
- Serve with Bossam.
