There is no such a thing like spicy food.
I understand there are people who can’t eat spicy food or doesn’t like spicy food.
But I LOVE spicy food so much and I can’t live with out it.
One day I was making bulgogi, and thought,
“Why have I never tried to make spicy bulgogi..? Hmmm”
Then I suddenly changed my mind, and
from “Making Regular Bulgogi” to “Making Spice Up Bulgogi”
(^———^)
Hehehehehehe
TAAA RAAAAAA~~~
No banchan (Side dishes in Korean) but sure it didn’t need any banchan!
Normally I wrap my bublgogi in green lettuce or romaine lettuce but this time
I served with ice burg lettuce and radicchio!
Crunch texture from ice burg lettuce and a little bit of bitter taste from radicchio was perfect
with my spicy beef bulgogi! 🙂
And it makes me feel a lot better eating red meat because I eat lots of vegetables when I wrapping!
It’s so much easier to eat the lettuce than eating salad!!
All I did was add chili garlic sauce, sriracha and extra sugar to my regular bulgogi recipe.
And I had shiitake mushrooms in my refrigerator so I added into it.
IT WAS YUMYYY!! v(^—-^)v

If you want to try spicy bulgogi, add 2 Tablespoons chili garlic sauce, 1/2 Tablespoon sriracha and 1Tablespoon sugar or honey.
Add some mushrooms and onions for your taste.
I hope you enjoy it as much as we did~!!
