Second posting today!!
I told you I will post twice today~! ^0^ YAY~!! Hehe
For dinner, I made soba (Buckwheat noodles) with broccoli, and teriyaki chicken!
You can serve these two different types of food as desired, but I just love this combination so much!!
If you serve only soba with broccoli as a side dish, it will looks like this!
Sorry for Yellowy looking picture!! >.<;;
By itself is a great side dish! It was so simple, easy to eat and make!! DELISH!!!
Ingredients
2 bunchs buckwheat noodles (soba), cook – follow the directions of the pacakge
10 oz. broccoli, cut into bite size, blenched.
2 Tablespoons sesame oil (divided)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
Direcitons
Heat a large skillet over mideum heat; add 1Tablespoon sesame oil, noodles and broccoli.
Season with salt and pepper, combine well.
Remove from the heat (We do not want to cook them, because the noodles and broccolies are already cooked, we just want to warm it up so more easy to observe the seasonings.); add lemon juice, remaining sesame oil and sesame seeds, mix it well. Serve either warm or cold.
If you want to know how to make these teriyaki chicken, vote for it next week!!
The winner of the week, I make recipe video so you can see more details and learn exactly how to cook it right! 🙂

It is such a healthy and delicious meal that you can serve to your family, friends, or even potluck!
I wish I had some misoshiru (miso soup) too, but I was a bit lazy tonight so it ended without it.
Believe or not, that much food, two people (me and my hubby), KILLED IT.
It’s gone. I wish I had some left over, but oh,well! Leave the good food is not easy!
