What????? @.@;;
Someone help me to understand the menu please~!! lol
It sounds so hard and complicate, but actually all of ’em are very easy to make at home!
First we started with dessert, because it needs to cool in the refrigerator for hours. We made simple chocolate custard, and moved on to chop onions and make bechamel sauce for broccoli boursin gratins.
Yeah, I’m trying to learn as much as I can!!! lol
It was a really great experience to learn from professional chef, (She was very passionated about food, I was so happy to have conversations with her!) she had all the answers for all of my questions. So cool.
After dessert, side and main is done, we start cooking appetizer and salad. There were lots of steps for salad though. Make brie sandwiches, candied apples, make vinaigrette.. I got the appetizer (Glazed prosciutto-wrapped shrimp) and other groups got the salad.
Waiting for the chef to give me the extra virgin olive oil to brush the shrimps. Hehe, I look so excited, don’t I?
Brush! Brush!
Happy Seonkyoung! *^-^*
Can’t be happier than this,
cooking lovely foods at the beautiful kitchen I was dreamed about.
While I was cooking shrimp my hubby was making the brie sandwiches.
The chef was cutting steak, and we were SO ready to eat!!!
After the chef showed us how to make Bearnaise Sauce,
it was tasting time~!!
I suggest a bit more salt and pepper.
She agreed and seasoned more.
Time to sit down and enjoy the dinner!
They gave us extra plate for the shrimp but I just put on my salad, please for give me! >.<;;
After the picture I moved!
Everything was great!!! My favorite was salad, believe or not. It was simple flavor but various textures.
YAY~!! Give me my wine~!!! lol
The wine they prepared was so smooth!! I never tasted that smooth red wine before. I don’t remember the name of wine but they said it’s french. I had only red, but another person who had white wine, he said it was very good.
While we are eating, the chef started finishing Chocolate Creme Brulee, torch the sugar on the top of the cooled custard. She asked us if anyone wants to try it. Of course, I raised my hand, and did it.
It was so much fun!!! ^0^ I want a torch for myself!!!
It is very fancy dessert, but it is very easy to make at home and entertain your guests.
