Yuzu Ponzu Recipe

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 3 Tbs. Yuzu (you can find yuzu juice from Asian stores but if you can't find yuzu juice, you can substitute lemon or lime juice)
- ½ tsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbs. Dashi broth
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
