Yuzu Ponzu Recipe

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 3 Tbs. Yuzu (you can find yuzu juice from Asian stores but if you can't find yuzu juice, you can substitute lemon or lime juice)
  • ½ tsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbs. Rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. Dashi broth
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
