Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 Small head napa cabbage, outer dark green leaves are moved
  • 3 Tbs. Kosher or flake sea salt


Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt on every layer of each cabbage leaves evenly.
  2. Set a side for 2 hours and rinse throughly under cold water at least 3 times.
  3. Serve with Bossam.
