YEAH! I did it!!
I made 4 different kind of souffles, and all of them turned out pretty good! 🙂
I made cheese(Swiss and parmigiana), chocolate, lemon and strawberry!
My favorite was lemon, Jacob’s favorite was strawberry and Trinity’s favorite was chocolate!
But we all loved cheese too! 🙂
This is the cheese souffle, I followed Julia Child’s recipe. 🙂
The recipe calls parmigiana for dusting the cup, and use Swiss cheese to add into souffle, but I didn’t have enough Swiss cheese so I added 1/3 of Swiss and 2/3 of parmigiana. It was very very delicious!
And of course, it puffed up pretty well too♥
While baking the cheese souffle(it took 28 minutes), I made chocolate souffle batter .
I measured a bit wrong, but it still turned out pretty good. I just think it should puffed up more and not crack that much though.
It still tasted good~♥
Then I made lemon one, which is my favorite♥
All it takes to make it lemony is fresh lemon zest and juice!
It was delicious!
So, while baking lemon souffle(it took 20 minutes), I made strawberry puree and prepared strawberry souffle batter.
This was Jacob’s favorite!
I think the recipe cooking time wasn’t long enough.. it was a bit under cook. But the flavor was amazing!
Oh, yeah! Especially sprinkle some powder sugar.. Extra delicious! lol
I want to try strawberry one again very soon.. And cheese too, with spinach! 😀
Ah, I LOVE baking!
I feel unstoppable!! lol
