- 4 oz penne
- 1/4 of medium size onion
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 tsp Asian hot mustard
- 70g tuna in oil or water (a small can)
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- black pepper
Instructions
- Cook penne in sated boiling water by following the directions of the package you are using.
- Meanwhile, chop onion really fine and soak in ice water to get rid of the pungent spiciness for 10 minutes. Drain.
- Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, milk, lemon juice, salt and Asian hot mustard in a mixing bowl then add tuna and toss. Add cooked penne and toss.
- Place the penne on a serving plate and top with the onion, avocado and black pepper. Enjoy!
