Ingredients
Scale
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- A few drops of fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- pinch of sugar
- 1/2 tsp gochugaru, Korean red pepper flakes (Optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
