Instructions

Bulgri

  1. Bring 650ml of water to a boil in a pot. Add all of the Buldak liquid seasoning, half of the Neoguri seasoning, and the dried vegetable packet from the Neoguri package. (Don’t add Buldak’s dried pocket yet)
  2. When it’s boiling, add the noodles and cook them according to the package instructions.
  3. The sauce should have a slightly thicker consistency than regular ramen, similar to Tteokbokki sauce.
  4. Once the noodles are cooked, transfer them to a serving bowl.
  5. Drizzle some Korean wild sesame oil (deulgireum) over the noodles for added flavor.
  6. Garnish with the topping packet from the Buldak package and chopped green onions. Enjoy!

Chili Oil Jjajangmyeon

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the noodles along with the dried vegetable packet from the package. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. While the noodles cook, heat a small skillet and add the chili oil, garlic, and half of the chopped green onions. Cook until you can smell the fragrant aroma, which should take about 1 minute.
  3. Add the dried seasoning packet and 1/4 cup of the noodle-cooking water to the skillet. Mix everything well to create a flavorful sauce.
  4. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the sauce. Ensure the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
  5. For an extra touch, quickly make a green onion fried egg by creating a ring of green onion in the skillet and cracking an egg in the middle. Place the fried egg on top of the noodles. Enjoy!

Kimchi Bibimyeon

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the noodles from the package. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the sauce packet from the package, kimchi, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
  3. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and rinse under cold water. Add the noodles to the sauce mixture and toss until they are evenly coated with the flavorful sauce.
  4. Transfer the Kimchi Bibimyeon to a serving bowl and garnish with julienned cucumber, sesame seeds, and half a hard-boiled egg. Enjoy!
