- 3 large tomatoes
- 3 to 6 tbsp monk fruit, Stevia, sugar or your choice of sweetener
Instructions
- Slice up your tomatoes and sprinkle each layer generously with your sweetener of choice. Aim for about 1 to 2 tablespoons per large tomato, but adjust to your taste.
- Pop your prepared tomatoes into the fridge for at least 2 hours or until the sugar has dissolved. When they’re nicely chilled, grab a spoon and dig in! Don’t forget to scoop up that delicious juice—it’s the best part! Enjoy!
