For Sweet & Spicy Cranberry Sauce
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mandarin juice (approximately 4 mandarins)
- 2 to 3 Thai chili, chopped
For Yuzu Cranberry Sauce
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup yujacha, honey citron tea
- Fresh juice from 1 lime or lemon
Instructions
- For both recipes, mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring it a boil over high heat then reduce heat to medium to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Let it cool completely before serving. Happy Holidays and Enjoy!
