My 2 Favorite Cranberry Sauces

For Sweet & Spicy Cranberry Sauce

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mandarin juice (approximately 4 mandarins)
  • 2 to 3 Thai chili, chopped

For Yuzu Cranberry Sauce

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup yujacha, honey citron tea
  • Fresh juice from 1 lime or lemon


  1. For both recipes, mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring it a boil over high heat then reduce heat to medium to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Let it cool completely before serving. Happy Holidays and Enjoy!
