- 4 Tbsp gochujang, Korean red pepper paste
- 2 Tbsp sugar, honey or agave nectar
- 2 Tbs rice vinegar
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil and seeds (Optional)
- Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds to your taste.
