- 3 Tbsp doenjang, Korean soybean paste or miso
- 1 Tbs gochujang, Korean red pepper paste
- 2 Tbs mirin
- 1 Tbs gochugaru, Korean red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
