Great video! I was surprised to see that I have most of what you mentioned already in my pantry. There is only one change I would make and that is the fish sauce… my favorite that I would never change is Red Boat 40. It is widely considered to be the best available. The only problem is finding it. LOL If you can, please give it a try and I think you will agree and never use any other brand again!
