Hi guys! 

Today I’m sharing something special cocktail with you all!

Of cours, to try this recipe, you have to be over 21years old. 😉

In Korea there is so many different types of soju recipes. 

I really enjoy drinking soju mix with lemon, lime, orange or grapefruit juice. Of course those are not count as cocktail, I dink as shot! lol

One of my favorite cocktails is mojito, it is my all time favorite!

So I had to make mojito with Korean twist one day, and today is the day! 😉

For Yuzu Soju Mojito

  • 1 Tbs. Yuzu marmalade

  • 10 to 13 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 shots of soju (1/4 cup)
  • 1 cup Sparkling water, club soda or sprite
  • Some ice

For Orage Soju Mojito

  • 3 Half moon slices of orange

  • 10 to 13 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 to 3 tsp. Agave nectar
  • 2 shots of soju (1/4 cup)
  • 1 cup Sparkling water, club soda or sprite
  • Some ice

Instructions

  1. In a glass, add Yuzu marmalade and mint or orange, mint and agave nectar. Smash with a wooden spoon or smasher. 
Add soju, sparkling water and ice; stir.
