Cook penne in sated boiling water by following the directions of the package you are using.
Meanwhile, chop onion really fine and soak in ice water to get rid of the pungent spiciness for 10 minutes. Drain.
Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, milk, lemon juice, salt and Asian mustard in a mixing bowl then add tuna and toss. Add cooked penne and toss.
Place the penne on a serving plate and top with the onion, avocado and black pepper.
