Preheat the over 375°F
Place salmon filet on a parchment paper lined baking dish. Season evenly on salmon with salt and pepper.
Mix Asian Mother Chili Sauce and the lemon juice to make the red sauce.

Combine garlic, cilantro, kaffir lime leaf (you can omit or substitute to lemongrass or ginger if you don’t have it), oil slat and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth. The green sauce done!
Spread red sauce on one side of the salmon filet (half in lengthwise) and green sauce eon the other side evenly.
Place in the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes up, turn the high broil (500°F to 550°F) and place salmon to the 2nd top rack of the oven. Broil the salmon 5 to 6 minutes or until it has nice golden brown edges.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with warm cooked jasmine rice and lemon wedges if you like!

For the Salmon
- 2 1/2 lb whole salmon filet
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Red Sauce
- 1/3 cup ofAsian Mother Chili Sauce
- fresh juice from 1/2 of large juicy lemon or lime (approximately 1 Tbsp)
For the Green Sauce
- handfull cilantro (if you are not a fan of cilatro, you can substitute to Thai basil, parsley or mixture of the two)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup avocado oil (you can use canola, vegetable or any mild flavor oil)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

That looks so fresh and tasty!! I am actually not a fan of cilantro at all, although I sure wish I was right now!
Parsley can work just fine too!
