I had so much fun making this dish! As you seen on the video, I found that fresh head on whole shrimp at the store, and just came up with this recipe!
Am I brilliant or what?! lol
It’s very very simple recipe and everyone will falling in love with it. Because it’s very savory, sweet and so much flavor all same time as other Korean foods.

Grill Shrimp with Bulgogi Dressing
Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Soy sauce
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 Tablespoon Rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
2 Green onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon Good quality rice wine
2 lb. Head on, skin on large or jumbo size shrimps
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl, until sugar dissolved.
Heat grill over high heat, up to 500 degrees. If you are using indoor grill, heat grill pan over high heat until smoking hot.
Lying shrimps on hot grill pan; cook 3 minutes each side, until nicely charred and cooked through.
Add grilled shrimps straight to bulgogi dressing, and toss.
Serve immediately.
