My Asian pasta recipes need only few ingredients to accomplish and most of you probably has those ingredients.
Let’s get started! SIMPLE Canned Tuna Pasta Recipe!
I love this recipe because the collaboration of the tuna, creamy texture and green beans are just lovely! I know you will love it too!
Cook pasta in salted boiling water by following the directions of the package.
Meanwhile in a mixing bowl, combine tuna, garlic, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and lime juice. If you want more creamy tuna texture, go ahead and add some heavy cream.
Mix well and set aside.
When pasta has 1 minute left to finish, add green beans into boiling water. Cook the pasta and green beans together for 1 minute and drain. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water just in case.
Add cooked pasta and green beans into tuna mixture. Drizzle garlic infused oil top of the pasta. If you don’t have garlic infused oil, just use regular extra virgin olive oil or some butter.
Mix everything together. If it’s too thick and it doesn’t mix well, add 1 tbsp pasta water at a time.
Enjoy!

OMG…Seonkyoung! Can’t say anything but a BIG THANK YOU to you…This recipe is a such “life-saver” for my tuna-craving dishes while I am running out of ideas who to turn a canned tuna to become a “deliciousness”…LOL! My husband has been in love with this dish and asking me to make it the 2nd, 3rd, and maybe forever times. Thank you and Happy Holidays to you and your family. 🙂
Was really good and cheap to make, my father complained it needed to be more saucier, was going to make again but add a can of mushroom soup
