YAY! Can you tell how excited we are?! lol
On the way to Makino seafood buffet with my parents!
Plus, Makino was in a outlet mall how can we not excited? (At least me!!) hahaha
When I walked in Makino I didn’t impressed at all, because the buffet was kind of small. But we were already there, too late to change our mind. We walked in and got a sit, and started making a plate.
I know, right?! I made this awesome tempura udon! Ah, I love shrimp tempura, and I even more love crown daisy(쑥갓) tempura! It’s really good!! ^^ My mom really likes it too so she ate one full plate of crown daisy tempura. hahaha
Crown daisy(쑥갓) is a type of leafy green that commonly uses in Asian cuisine.
If you are wondering about crown daisy, read more about it by click the link below. ^^
Lots of sushi, right?! ^^ hahaha
My favorite was tuna tataki(next to salmon)!
They had so many different kinds of sushi, I couldn’t even fit every single one in a plate. And it was very good quality and fresh for the price! It was lunch time(They don’t serve sashimi at lunch time though), and if I remember right, it was $16.99 per person.
My picture shows only sushi, tempura, udon, and miso soup, but they had salad, warm food – cooked meat, fish vegetables and more.
Oh, yeah, they had sukiyaki(Somehow it tasted more close to bulgogi. lol), it was pretty good too.
You can tell they really care about ingredients, food quality, and temperature. Which is made us very happy. ^^
After the big lunch, we walked around the outlet mall and we headed to Caesars Palace. And at the Caesars Palace, Jacob found his heaven.
He loves sports especially football. He used to play football in high school so he knows so much about it, he is so passionate and simply he really loves it. I love he loves and passionate about something this much.
Yes, I get tired of it sometimes when he watching football too much(You know the DirecTV’s Sunday football ticket..), but when he enjoys football much, he makes me want to support him. By cooking football food. lololol So football season I make lots of bar food, finger food and more, for him. hahaha
A happy man right there. lol
So, when he found his heaven in Caesars Palace, I found my another soul mate.
The most perfect and delicious margarita in my life.
So smoothly you can taste the lovely patron and fresh lime juice. Very nicely balanced. It was $13 per one small glass, but I rather have one glass of this than three glasses of $5 margarita.
I wish I have the recipe for this Top Chef margarita. So when I have something celebrate I will definitely make this!
For the night, we all decided to go to the Fremont street, down town Las Vegas.
The Fremont street was full of FUN! Totally different from the Las Vegas strip! ^^
We were walking around, watching some street perform, famous light show, taking pictures, looking around.. and we found this!
ZIP LINE BABY!!!
Yeah, Jacob, ant Darla, and I decided to zip lining! lol
It was $20 per person and half price for military. YAY! We love military discount! lol
This is what you are going to see right before going down.
We were the very last customers, I don’t even remember how we came down. I was so scared, couldn’t stop screaming. lol
Touch down! I’M ALIVE!!! LOL
I was scared to death, but after all, it was so much fun, I felt so good!!
If I go back, I would love to it again.
Oh, we saw a shark tank from one of the hotels in the Fremont street.
We tried to go to the “Heart Attack” restaurant, but we got there a little late, it was closed already. Maybe next time! ^^
We had so much fun, great time with all of our family together.
I miss everybody already.
I miss you and love you all!!!
*~kisses kisses~*

Wow it looked like you had a blast! I will have to try zip lining sometime.
Yes, we did! You should do zip lining, when you have a chance! It was so much fun!
Have fun in Vegas. Here is my carefully researched Margarita recipe.
This is enough for two glasses
one ounce of quality tequila.
two ounces of Triple Sec liqueur.
Two large tablespoons of frozen lime concentrate, or 3 ounces of fresh squeezed lime.
2 or so cups of ice cubes
Blend until smooth
Rub lime juice on rim of glasses
Dip glass rim into salted plate quickly after rubbing rim. Knock off residual salt. Flaked rim salt works best, but kosher sea salt will also work.
Pour blended Margarita into glass and enjoy.
I got this recipe in Mexico. Everyone that drinks it loves it.
Thank you so much for sharing the margarita recipe! I would love to try!! I need to make fish taco to go with it! 😉
