Let’s start with delicious EASY garlic noodles!
For this recipe or any of my pasta recipes, you can use any pasta shape you prefer! I usually use spaghetti, bucatini or linguini because they are my favorite shape of pasta.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water by following the directions of the package.
Meanwhile, in a cold wok or a large skillet, add evoo, garlic and red pepper flakes.
Turn on the heat to medium and cook the garlic until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Ok, here is my kick for this easy garlic noodles recipe! I season my pasta with fish sauce instead of salt. YESSSSSS!!! Once you try, you will never go back! Also how adding the fish sauce is very important.
Add fish sauce around the edge of the wok, so it will create beautiful umami flavor. Cover immediately after fish sauce, because it will splash a lot.
After 10 seconds, remove the cover and add cooked and drained pasta into the wok.
Toss everything together and it’s done! Enjoy!

I love your videos. You are super adorable and charming. I was wondering where you got the wok. It looks like carbon steel. If you could please recommend a good one. Thanks!
Aw thank you so much! But yes! The wok is a carbon steel, and I find those the best to work with!
I love garlicky dishes. Cooked this yesterday for dinner with jumbo shrimp on the side. This was the easiest pasta dish I’ve ever made. I finished it off with a generous drizzle of truffle oil with extra shaving of parmesan. Delicious, my family loved it!
YAY! So glad you enjoyed it (: Make sure you check out other recipes!
