This is hands down the BEST Garlic Noodles recipe guys!
I’ve shared garlic noodles recipe and it is really delicious, BUT!
I made even easier, faster and tastier!!!
Honestly, I didn’t even know that was possible but I made it happened!! Oh, YEAH~!
Boil a large pot of water to cook 1 lb (a box) of pasta. Add generous amount of salt into boiling water and add the pasta. Cook the pasta by following the directions of the package.
I used bucatini, and you could use thick spaghetti, regular spaghetti, linguini, fettuccine or whatever your favorite pasta!
Meanwhile, chop some garlic. It should be around 2 tbsp.
In a large skillet add butter, chopped garlic and garlic salt. Turn the heat over medium heat and sauté garlic with butter for 2 to 3 minutes or until garlic edges are slightly turning into light brown color.
Reduce heat to low and add oyster sauce and cook the oyster sauce for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and top of the hot pasta, add parmigiano directly, so the cheese will stick to the pasta.
Toss everything together and it’s ready to serve! Makes sure to add some extra parmigiano before serve!
It can be serve by it self or serve with your favorite steak (my teriyaki steak will be amazing with this garlic noodles!), lemongrass chicken/pork, deviled shrimp, garlic shrimp, baked salmon.. it’s endless! Enjoy!

Loved this recipe. Simple and delicious. I sautéed some shrimp/prawns with the garlic butter before adding the pasta.
This is such a yummy recipe… I added some baby broccoli at the end so I had a veggie in there … definitely a favorite!!!
Looks delicious!! Where did you get your beautiful cheese grater from? Thank you!

Question, can I substitute the oyster sauce with fish oil or fish sauce?
Thanks!!
Yes, Fish sauce should work just fine

I’m so happy to hear that EVERYONE in your family enjoyed!
Can we use fresh noodles for this? Like Chengdu or Jjajang noodles?
Thank you. Just tried this Recipe for dinner tonight. My hubby and In-Laws loved it:)
So glad I could help !
I love your recipes- tried so many of them with resounding success! Anyway, i wanna make this today for lunch with salmon and and just wanna ask – is parmesan cheese same as parmigiano? If not, can i use parmesan instead? Thanks and keep on sharing your excellent recipes. Could you also share more recipes using airfryer – your airfryer riblets already a mainstay in our family meal rotation.
Yes, parmigiano is essential just a fancy word for parmesan cheese. But this is not equivalent to the powdered parmesan cheese though however. Hope this helped! (:
