Let’s Start with Bulgri! It’s a very popular recipe by Jung Kook from BTS. He shared this recipe with his fans because it was SO delicious that he wanted the Army to try it. I will give you a step-by-step English recipe since he shared it in Korean. You’re welcome!!
These are the 2 Koean instant ramen noodles you will need for this recipe.
Bring 650ml of water to a boil in a pot. Add all of the Buldak liquid pocket, half of the Neoguri seasoning, and the dried vegetable packet from the Neoguri package. (Don’t add Buldak’s dried pocket yet)
When it’s boiling, add the noodles and cook them according to the package instructions. The sauce should have a slightly thicker consistency than regular ramen, similar to Tteokbokki sauce.
Once the noodles are cooked, transfer them to a serving bowl. Drizzle some Korean wild sesame oil (deulgireum) over the noodles for added flavor. Garnish with the topping packet from the Buldak package and chopped green onions.
Enjoy this flavorful and spicy Bulgri!
Next, my recent FAV, Chili Oil Jjajangmyeon!! It is SO GOOD, bombdigiri dot com!!

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the noodles along with the dried vegetable packet from the package. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
While the noodles cook, slice 2 cloves garlic and chop 3 green onions. Heat a small skillet and add the chili oil, garlic, and half of the chopped green onions. Cook until you can smell the fragrant aroma, which should take about 1 minute.
Add the dried seasoning packet and 1/4 cup of the noodle-cooking water to the skillet. Mix everything well to create a flavorful sauce.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the sauce. Ensure the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
For an extra touch, quickly make a green onion fried egg by creating a ring of green onion in the skillet and cracking an egg in the middle. Place the fried egg on top of the noodles.
Serve the Chili Oil Jjajangmyeon on a plate, and enjoy!

For me, I never eat cup noodles from the cup, I use a bowl. Then we always have bean sprouts, Napa Cabbage, Shiitake, Green Onions, etc., on hand to add. On a good day, there will be some Fried Tofu in the Frig, Waiting to be used! 5 Miniue meals when there is no time.
