Ok, today is my special Wednesday right?!
Today’s menu was Habachi Dinner! YAY~!!
But, this week was a little crazy for me, because normally I go to grocery shopping for Wednesday night dinner on Tuesday so I can prep. But this week, the commissary closed so I had to go grocery shopping this morning. They open at 10am, and I have to make all the meal by 5pm.
It didn’t seem possible to me, but oh well, what can I do? MAKE IT WORK! lol
So, I went grocery shopping finished 11am, got home 11:30am. STARVING.
But I didn’t have time to make something for myself, and we don’t have any fast food at home other than ramyeon noodles. I didn’t even time to bring a pot of water to boil. (How come we don’t even have some chips or lunch meat or something?! That I can grab and through to my mouth!)
I was struggling with hunger and trying to prep for dinner… awake from 7am and starving till 12pm, I got a phone call from my angel.
“Baby, did you eat something today? Do you want me to bring something for lunch?”
HALLELUJAH!!!!
He brought lunch for me and it was BBQ from my favorite BBQ restaurant in this town. How sweet! 🙂
He is my angel and my hero! <3
Today was a little busy while I was cooking at the chapel so I don’t have really good pictures of it.
At least I tried! hehe.
These are the stir-fried vegetables. I stir-fried with butter, salt and pepper. Less is more!
Miso soup, I totally forgot to leave some green onions for my miso soup.. 🙁 I used all my green onions for my fried rice! >.<;;; I know it looks awful, but people still liked flavor!

So.. Today is my first day of BodyRock challenge day.
Luckily my hubby said he will do it with me and I felt great after I knew that I’m going to with him.
My workout body!! lol
For the first day we had to do the fit test. We completed 4 exercises for 50 seconds on with a 10 second rest in between each exercise, completing them three times through.
Here is our result today! 🙂
