Last Saturday, he brought beautiful Korean dadish (Moo) to the Farmers Market, and of course I bought some to make kimchi!Ahhhh, I’m a happy girl, I have Korean radish kimchi in my refrigerator.
At the Farmer’s Market, I bought some Thai Basil (Asian basil) plants also.
Basil was only one ingredients I was always missing when I’m making Pho at home, and not this time!!
I couldn’t wait to make it!!
So, I went Asian market and lucky me! I got some fresh bean sprouts.
And TARRRAAAAANNNNN~~~
Homemade Pho Bo at Home!!!
Ahhhhhh…… it was AMaZING!!
I love Pho, I never have seen a person who doesn’t like Pho…
It’s addicting!!!
And last Monday I made this mystery rice noodle dish…
I made Asian Chimichurri, the recipe is not perfect yet, but if I work on it,
I think it could be a really good all-time sauce.
I made with cilantro, mint, Asian basil, garlic, ginger, fresh chili, lime juice and zest, oil and coconut milk..
I promise, I will work on it!!!
I hope you enjoyed my foodie pictures~!!

I’m a new fan on your youtube! I just came to say, my husband is not a fan of Pho…. He was the first person I knew who didn’t like Pho! I’m Vietnamese/Chinese so I always ate Pho while growing up hehehe 🙂 So I cook Pho every week.
I and my husband love Pho, we can eat everyday!!!
