3rd day of Vegas!!
Jacob and I really wanted to try great restaurant in town, and one of restaurants we decided to go is Vietnamese restaurant “Hue Thai Sandwiches”
Makeup of today? lol
I was very very exited to go a local restaurant(Finally!), and it’s gonna be Vietnamese~!!
YAY!
We ordered 2 Banh Mi for our appetizer, (lol I know, we have huge appetite!!)
This is one of ’em. 3 different kinds Vietnamese cold lunch meat was inside. Cucumber, cilantro, jalapeno, pickled carrot and radish as usaul with a bit of mayonnaise. We put sriracha on the top, I wish it had some more Maggi sauce though. It was so delicious! I would eat this very often in summer time!!
This is another Banh Mi we ordered, BBQ pork. Inside fillings are all same as the other one, just meat is different. The meat was very well chard, savory and sweet so so delicious! I wish I could order meat ball one too, but we’re already having too much food so I had to calm down a little bit. lol
I always wanted to try this at a good Vietnamese restaurant, Bánh Cuốn (Vietnamese Steamed Rice Flour Crepes). This was my first time and I just loved it so much!!! I think I would like by itself or with grilled pork much better! It was so so so yummy though!!!
My hubby Jacob is a huge Pho lover! So he defiantly had to order Pho.
It was so delicious!!!!! I loved eating Banh Mi with Pho soup together! <3
This is Vietnamese BBQ Pork, Jacob’s step dad ordered. I recommend to him this dish because he never had Vietnamese food before and he wanted something simple and delicious. My recommendation was a success!! He loved it!! YAY~!! 😀
It was some kind of spring rolls, I don’t really remember about this at all.. lol
Over all the food was very delicious and we ordered 1 BBQ Pork Banh Mi to go. lol
There were a Korean town!!! We didn’t have time to stop by, but it was very nice to see! 🙂
The reason we were in Las Vegas is celebrate Jacob’s mom and step dad’s 25th anniversary. So while they were checking the reservation at the chapel, we took some pictures too! lol While we were in the chapel, I got a phone call from my mom that my mom and step dad are finally arrived!!! (They were coming for Jacob’s parents ceremony too.) I was so excited to see her in 2 years.. We met at their hotel and we were crying and hugging.. I was so happy but sad all same time, because I missed my mom so much. I think my mom was same way too. We’ve never been this faraway this long time. Ever.
Here is a picture of us same day we met.
She is such a beautiful, lovely and strong lady.
We all had dinner together, had a great time!!! Ah, I loved it so much!
Nothing like family.
I’ve never seen a perfect family, because there isn’t such a perfect person.
My family is not perfect either, but we love each other and we take care of each other.
The family means, you will accept and will be accepted no matter what.
Whoever you are, whatever you’ve done, you are loved by your family unconditionally.
Remember, you are loved and you are here for a reason.
Live your life, don’t waste your life.
Free Margarita taste good~ <3
