Korean Seafood Ramen
Today I’m sharing a super simple, foolproof recipe—it’s an instant ramen noodle dish with a twist! But don’t judge it just yet!

I had the most memorable and delicious seafood ramen in Busan, South Korea, during one of my trips—and believe it or not, it turned out to be one of the best meals of the entire trip.
We had it right on the beach at night, and the atmosphere was just so cool.
We were grilling clams and all kinds of fresh seafood, and someone decided to order this seafood ramen on the side.
Let me tell you—if we hadn’t ordered it, we would’ve totally missed out.
So glad we did!!
🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 instant Korean ramen noodles, possibly Shin ramen, Anseongtangmyeon, or Buljjambbong brand
- 1 lb mixed seafood, such as shrimp, clams, calamari, squid and mussels
- 2 eggs, optional
Korean instant ramen is already super popular—and let me tell you, it’s on a whole different level compared to Top Ramen. I can promise you that!
There are so many fun and delicious ways to upgrade instant ramen, and I’ve always believed that the best bowl comes from simply following the directions on the package…
But not this time! This Korean seafood ramen is a game-changer.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbs cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 instant Korean ramen noodles, possibly Shin ramen, Anseongtangmyeon, or Buljjambbong brand
- 1 lb mixed seafood, such as shrimp, clams, calamari, squid and mussels
- 2 eggs, optional
Instructions
- Heat a pot over medium heat; add oil, garlic and green onion. Sauté for about 1 to 2 minutes or until you can smell the aroma form them.
- Pour 4 cups water, increase heat to high. Add both of seasoning packages and bring it to boil.
- Add noodles; about a minute later, noodle will start loosen then add seafood. Cook until noodles and seafoods are cooked, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add egg when cooking time is only a minute left, if you are using any. Serve with kimchi and enjoy!

Where did you get such a high quality seafood mix? What was the brand? The ones at my stores always look very low quality.
