We were watching “Kimchi Chronicles” on TV and it was showing so many of delicious Korean food!!
We’ve watched only episode 3 so far, and I miss Korea so much!! T.T

It is a very great show about Korean food and culture. I’m loving it!
Anyways while we are watching the show the other night, they were showing bibimbap and bulgogi and my step daughter said she wants to eat bibimbap.
So I made it for her yesterday lunch! ^_^
It’s summer time so I used only fresh raw vegetables instead of cooked vegetables.
Carrot, cucumber, radicchio, ice burg lettuce and Korean green pepper.
I julienned all the vegetables and arranged top of rice.
And I made ground beef bulgogi for her, because that is her favorite thing in bibimbap.
For myself, I made Spicy Tuna Bibimbap.
Because my hubby and I trying not to eat meat much, but seafood and vegetables.

Oh, I made rice with black rice, so it looks purple. Isn’t it so pretty?

My hubby couldn’t come for lunch, so it was only my daughter and I.
It was a lovely lunch time for only two of us. ^-^
