OMG, I didn’t tell you guys but I had a very rough week. Well, emotionally.
I was being a mean monster toward to my hubby but he took care of me so well. I can’t even thank enough and love him even more!!
Even today we could have very big fight, but we didn’t. He calmed me, gave me some time to think, prepared my meal and just waited for me to ready to talk to him.
What an awesome husband. I’m so lucky to have him as my husband, lover, and best friend.
What can I ask more? I love you Jacob. *^-^*
So, I figured out what can kill my “Mean Monster” mood, I was thinking… spicy pork.
You know spicy food actually helps to put you in a good mood. Because of the “Spicy Taste” isn’t a taste. It is a pain. So when you eating spicy food, your body start making endorphins. Make sense huh?
But I had plan for dinner already, (Teriyaki Chicken) and I didn’t know what to cook. Something already planed? or something my body needs.
I asked to my smart friends on Face book, and the answer was “Spicy Pork”!
SO WE HAD SPICY PORK WITH CALAMARI!! ^0^ …?! CALAMARI?!
I put 4 Serrano peppers. Hehe.
I added calamari because of I just remembered a Korean food…. “O-Sam bokk-eum“.
“Ojing-eo : Calamari or Squid”
“Samgyeobsal : Pork belly”
“Bokk-eum : Stir-fry”
It’s very similar with spicy pork, but different vegetables and little more Gochujang based sauce.
And I added Jjolmyeon! Hehe. 🙂

I just added after I boiled noodles 1 minutes. and mix with the sauce I already have in the pan!
